There is much to be said about going to work (or shower or bar-mitvah) in your two piece suiting. Even if you're in the fashion game, and pride yourself on creatively constructing outfits that are unexpected, and def not typical, a suit says, I got my act together / I have a real job / I can patiently wait for alterations on 4 different limbs to be taken up. But not all suits are created and crafted equally, and Phillip Lim showcases that colorfully here. This suit's élan begins with a peachy sorbet color, a hue only for a season of golden glow-y skin, and ends with a flare that crops right before the ankle. With a high rise, this cropped pant on it's own is the cornerstone to a great spring outfit effortlessly worn with loafers or effort-fully paired with another spring must, the mule or lace-up.
