Mod of the moment

It's a beautiful thing when worlds collide, abstract art and jumpers, the sixties dress of choice and work, a shirt I stole from the 'from' dry clean pile and getting dressed. Experiencing all my favorite things just gets easier, like a go-gurt combining flavor, calcium, and getting out the door.

As for that sixties dress of choice, later in the crispness of autumn weather I look forward to thick knit turtle necks, stacked heel boots, and the like. But ironically on this first day of fall, it's still going to hit 90 degrees and I couldn't put something high neck on for the best shipping discount code. Therefore, I'm keeping my cool with my (roomie's) freshly pressed whites and scrappy sandals bright white enough for a bride.

Going into fall with temperatures this high always poses a problem for the Texan fashion follower. Wanting to wear wool when it's just way too hot, or suede on a sweltering day, Even looking at leather will have me cranking the AC to fake a chill.

So until the degrees get in the seventies, I'll be putting on my sixties dresses like a true Texan, over cotton.
